Do you have COVID-19 protocols in place?

Yes we do. Your safety and that of your pets is of utmost importance to me. The following are the safety protocols that I take:

• Sanitize hands before and after each pick up and drop off, as well as before and after walk.

• Minimize time in clients’ homes. I will not enter the home unless necessary to get animal from kennel or to leash dog.

• Use of my own personal leashes for pick-up and drop off.

• Maintain 6ft distance with any client.

• Maintain 6ft distance with individuals at parks.

What are your vaccination requirements?

All dogs must be fully vaccinated and their vaccines up-to-date. However, I do offer private walks to those puppies that are not yet fully vaccinated.

What can I expect during the meet and greet?

The free meet and greet consultation takes between 20 and 30 minutes and is when I meet your pup, determine your requirements, learn of any behavioural issues, and establish the best fit for your dog. This is normally done at your home; however, due to COVID restrictions and protocols we meet outside for the consultation.

Is pick up and drop off included in the price of the off-leash group walks?

Yes it is.

Do I have to commit to 5 days a week?

No. I offer flexible scheduling. Choose a set day(s) or text Sundays to let me know your requirements for the week.

Do you charge for cancellations?

No. I do ask that you notify me with as much notice as possible; however, as long I am not en route to your home, there is no cancellation fee.

If it's muddy outside do you wipe down the dogs when you bring them home?

Yes I do. Normally I ask that you leave a towel at the entrance for me to use to wipe your dog down; however, because of COVID I supply a towel for this task.

 

Do you use biodegradable or compostable poop bags?

Yes I do! Dogs Unleashed YYC is eco-conscious and so I only use compostable poop bags.

I service the communities of Altadore, Glamorgan, Killarney, Scarborough, Wildwood, and surrounding areas.
